Designing your trip depends on the time, the experiences, and activities you want to enjoy, as well as the budget you have in mind. They are the core to planning your trip. We make sure that your trip is smooth and special. Here are the steps:

Contact us to set up a free 15-minute complementary consultation.
Download and fill in this travel questionnaire with specific questions that will help us plan your trip; email it back to us asap.
Set up a 1-hour video call (Zoom, Skype or Whatsapp). In this call we will start cementing the foundation for your personal travel itinerary. *Cost is 40€.
We will start working on your custom-designed proposed itinerary and estimated costs that includes the planning of your trip from start to finish. Within two weeks after the video call, you will receive it. *Cost is160€.
After you agree to it, we will continue communicating while arranging all visits and accommodations of your personal trip.
You will receive the final itinerary and the estimated total price; you will make a 30% initial deposit of the estimated cost as down-payment.
Now you are ready to embark on an extraordinary journey, tailored to your every desire. Full payment is due 45 days before the journey begins.

*Our rates are competitive. The fees for the one-hour consultation and the planning of your tour are included in the final cost of your trip. The estimated cost includes all agreed accommodation, transportation, meals, tickets to monuments and activities, administrative costs, and persons who will accompany you on the agreed activities and is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.
